WP Engine has been a solid hosting partner for several years now. We’re overall pretty happy with the support, though sometime the escalation process takes some time, the support team are overall the most helpful bunch we’ve had to deal with. We have experienced no down time with our sites and loads times are consistently good when used in congruence with CloudFlare.
